Tax Analyst (Indirect Tax) | Group Tax - Outside Ir35

We are looking for a newly qualified accountant or tax professional to join our Group Tax team, supporting indirect tax compliance and reporting across the UK and international operations.
This is a great opportunity to gain broad exposure across VAT, corporate tax reporting, and transfer pricing, while working in a collaborative and fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Indirect Tax
- Support preparation and review of UK VAT returns and assist with Making Tax Digital (MTD) submissions.
- Assist with overseas VAT compliance, particularly relating to electronic services.
- Track and monitor global indirect tax registrations and compliance for UK entities.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate tax payments.
- Contribute to e-invoicing and tax digitalisation initiatives.
Corporate Tax & Reporting
- Assist with UK quarterly tax payment calculations.
- Prepare tax disclosures for UK and certain international statutory accounts.
- Support corporate tax return processes alongside external advisors.
- Contribute to quarterly tax provisioning and monthly tax reporting.
Transfer Pricing
- Maintain and support transfer pricing financial models.
- Assist with global transfer pricing documentation (master file and local files).
Additional Exposure
- Support PAYE Settlement Agreement calculations.
- Assist with tax aspects of commercial contract reviews.
- Opportunity to work on M&A, restructuring and permanent establishment matters.
About You
- 3+ years experience in a finance/tax position
- Newly qualified accountant or tax professional (ACA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent).
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently when required.
- Comfortable collaborating with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- SAP and/or Oracle experience beneficial.
