Technology Integration Lead | PE Buy & Build | Multi-acquisition platform
Outside IR35 - £900-£1100 per day
I’m working with a private equity backed healthcare platform that is scaling rapidly through acquisition and is looking for a hands-on Technology Integration leader to support the integration of newly acquired businesses.
This is an interim role focused on delivery rather than traditional corporate IT leadership.
The platform is acquiring multiple small and mid-sized businesses and needs someone who can help standardise systems, integrate data and build a scalable technology foundation as the organisation grows.
This role would suit someone who has experience in environments such as:
The environment is fast moving and often messy, so the right person will be comfortable diagnosing problems quickly and implementing practical solutions rather than designing overly complex architectures.
Typical challenges include:
• integrating newly acquired companies with very different levels of technical maturity
• consolidating fragmented customer and operational datasets from multiple systems
• migrating finance and operational platforms onto a common technology stack
• working with integration partners to connect multiple systems via APIs
• building pragmatic reporting and data capability across the platform
The role will work closely with finance and operational leadership to bring acquired businesses onto a modular technology architecture.
Preferred experience includes working with or integrating systems such as:
• Sage Intacct or other mid-market finance platforms
• CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
• practice management / operational systems within SME environments
• integration tooling, APIs and data pipelines
• modern data environments including data warehouses, data lakes or similar architectures
Experience with tools such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau or other modern reporting environments would also be beneficial.
The successful individual will be technically credible and comfortable discussing data structures, APIs and integration architecture, while remaining highly pragmatic and delivery focused.
If you have experience integrating multiple businesses onto a common technology platform and enjoy solving complex operational problems, I’d be happy to share more details.
