Reporting to the Design Services Lead, the Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to develop personalised design concepts, execute projects from start to finish, and uphold OKA’s reputation for excellen

ce.
KEY RESPONSIBILI

• TIESMeet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budgets, and develop personalised design con
• ceptCreate detailed floor plans, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate ideas effecti
• velySelect and source furniture, fixtures, and accessories, ensuring alignment with client preferences and the OKA brand aesthe
• tic.Oversee the execution of design projects, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standa
• rds.Provide expert advice on colour schemes, layouts, and materials to enhance client spa
• ces.Maintain detailed records of design projects, including budgets, timelines, and client communicati
• ons.Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans and address any issues that ar

• YOU Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial proje
• cts.Proficiency in design software such as Vectorworks, Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar to
• ols.Strong understanding of spatial planning, colour theory, and material select
• ion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with te
• ams.Highly organised with strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and timeli
• nes.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality res
