These values are more than words—they guide our decisions, shape our collaborations, and strengthen our impact on the students we serve.
About the role
SLC have a fantastic fixed term (circa 8 months) opportunity for an Internal Communications Business Partner to join our Corporate Affairs Team. The team works to ensure colleagues understand our mission, vision and strategic direction, and support the business to listen and respond to colleague voice and ultimately, to build a more engaged workforce. We do this by developing and delivering corporate and directorate communications activity and by monitoring sentiment, supporting action planning and managing a programme of colleague-focused events.
Although you will have a primary business area to support, you will also have the opportunity to work on and provide expertise across organisational wide events as needed.
The Internal Communication Business Partner helps promote and protect the reputation of their business area. Aligned with SLC’s key priorities and our listening strategy, the Business Partner shapes the content, tone and method of delivery of messages to internal audiences and supports the leadership team to increase levels of engagement within the directorate. This role is a real opportunity to affect change and help shape the new narratives for our leadership team.
