We are recruiting for a brand-new role within our Marketing team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative individual to shape and implement a new strategy for internal communications.
You will work closely with the Head of Communications to identify opportunities to develop engaging content for distribution across various internal channels, as well as developing new channels.
Your role will focus on effectively informing and promoting the Firm, its brand, people, strategic ambitions, values, and services. Were looking for someone with the creativity to generate fresh ideas and inventive ways to communicate firmwide, while building on opportunities to strengthen engagement.
What We Need From You
Experience within an internal communications role.
Experience managing both internal communications strategy and programmes.
Comfortable planning, delivering and analysing communication campaigns.
Strong copywriting skills across multiple channels.
High attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management experience.
