We're looking for an Internal Communications Manager to help shape how Cohere how the 500+ employees experience Cohere: its strategy, culture, and momentum of a company that’s defining what enterprise AI becomes. This is an opportunity to lead internal comms at a fast-growing company in the most dynamic space in technology.
In this cross-functional, individual contributor role, you'll work to ensure that Cohere employees feel informed, inspired, connected, and proud of the work we're doing together. You'll be embedded in the business as a trusted communications partner – helping leaders communicate clearly, designing channels that reduce noise and boost signal, and crafting narratives that connect our day-to-day work to our broader mission.

As Internal Communications Manager, You Will
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with the organization's goals and values
- Have 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field – ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech or AI environment
- Are an exceptional writer with a talent for distilling complex, cross-functional topics into simple, compelling narratives
- Have experience serving as a communications business partner or trusted advisor to senior leaders, executives, and people/human resources teams
- Are highly organized and process-driven, with strong project management skills and a bias for action
