The Role

As an Internal Controls Specialist, you will support our Internal Controls Senior Manager and collaborate with leaders across multiple European countries and functions. Your mission is to ensure compliance with our internal control framework and drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing and evaluation of internal business controls.
  • Document and update processes and controls across European operations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement remediation plans.
  • Support system updates and process improvements to ensure robust controls.
  • Educate and train colleagues on internal control responsibilities.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors on testing and issue resolution.

  • Who are you?

    • solid experience in Accounting, Internal Controls, or Internal Audit within a multi-site, multi-country organization.
    • Strong understanding of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
    • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent preferred.
    • Fluent in English (Swedish or Danish is only required if you live in these countries)


    We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their tasks.


    This position can be placed either in Sweden, Denmark or UK close to our sites,
