- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Creating and negotiating quotations for aggregate and asphalt materials
- Meeting KPIs for sales, value-added products, and call volumes
- Working collaboratively to support a high-performing, one-team culture
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Motivation to hit targets and deliver results
- A flexible, team-oriented mindset
- IT literacy (CRM, Salesforce, SAP experience is a plus)
