The Platinum 360 team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Representative to manage and nurture relationships within one of Lenovos largest trading partners. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual who can deliver exceptional service, drive sales growth, and strengthen our position as the trusted partner within the industry.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for the partner, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services.
- Work with sales teams and departments for smooth customer interactions.
