  • Partner with Global Major Account teams (Global Account Directors, International Account Directors, Client Acquisition Directors, Field Sales KAMs) to drive aligned, multi-region sales strategies.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Portfolio, and Service teams to provide insights on market needs and influence future roadmap enhancements.
  • Contribute to account planning and co‑create solution roadmaps for global customers.
  • Lead commercial reviews, solution scoping, and high‑level design activities to ensure proposals are scalable, competitive, and globally standardised.
  • Own the pursuit cycle — from early-stage qualification through to contract close and seamless handover into transition and delivery.
  • Ensure revenue delivery and performance against awarded contracts.

External Focus

  • Sell a full range of Modern Workplace solutions, including M365 services, Service Desk, EUC, Managed Device Lifecycle Services, and Device as a Service.
  • Monitor global market trends, workplace technology evolution, and competitive movements to position Ricoh as a modern workplace leader.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key global OEM partners.
  • Engage and influence C‑suite and Director‑level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, cloud enablement, EUC strategy, and cybersecurity posture.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and executive-level presentations showcasing innovation, business value, and measurable ROI.
  • Build and articulate strong commercial value cases, including cost optimisation, compliance benefits, productivity gains, and service efficiencies.

  • You will ideally have

    • Strong knowledge of Modern Workplace solutions from experience in similar technology, SaaS/DaaS, or managed service roles.
    • Proven success selling M365, EUC, Service Desk, or Device as a Service.
    • Experience developing or managing deep relationships with global OEM partners (ideal: EUC hardware, endpoint solutions providers).
    • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with an ability to navigate complex, multi‑national enterprise customers.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external teams.
    • Experience working in global markets with an understanding of international compliance, cultural nuances, and matrix environments.
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written is essential for this role with any additional language skills being highly advantageous.
  • High levels of self‑motivation, resilience, and the ability to lead in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments without formal authority.

  • In return for your commitment, you can expect
