Lead the Global Expansion of Television’s Most Iconic Formats.
Are you an exceptional TV International Format Consultant ready to champion our world-leading Formats, including the global phenomenon Taskmaster?
As a key partner with our Distribution and Production teams, you will ensure every international version is creatively on-brand, on budget, and consistently excellent
The Role
- Format Consultancy: Act as the global lead for Taskmaster, advising on International adaptations and localisations.
- Production Oversight: Lead international TV Production workflows, creating and managing budgets and schedules, for our hit formats worldwide.
- Creative Strategy: Maintain the "DNA" of Avalon Formats while adapting for local tastes and transmission patterns.
- Growth & Sales: Identify opportunities for Brand Extensions and spin-offs, working with Distribution to maximize licensing opportunities.
- Global Travel: Provide on-the-ground consultancy and lead creative workshops in all major global territories.
About You
- Proven Expertise: Deep experience in International Formats, either from the Editorial or Production side.
- Commercial Acumen: A track record in Negotiation, Talent Deals, and managing Production Service agreements.
- Unscripted & Comedy Specialist: Strong understanding of the Unscripted Television landscape and what makes a format successful globally.
