About The Role
Reporting to the Head of International Products, you will support Product Managers and Senior Product Managers by owning live service matters for international products. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will manage performance issues, escalations and communications, while using insight and feedback to drive continuous product and service improvement.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working cross‑functionally, analysing data and taking ownership in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own live service performance for international products, identifying trends, root causes and improvement actions.
Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Customer Experience and Finance queries and escalations, including CEO and Chairman complaints.
Produce clear performance reporting, insight packs and briefing materials using data from multiple sources.
Create, maintain and publish accurate product collateral, website content and pricing-related communications, supporting Pricing and Marketing activity.
Gather feedback from regional teams and customers to inform continuous product, service and proposition improvements.
Ensure internal and external stakeholders are kept informed through effective incident bulletins, service messages and well‑equipped sales and support teams.
About You
You are commercially aware, analytical and customer‑focused. You enjoy working with data, building strong relationships across teams, and taking ownership of issues through to resolution. You are confident working in a complex stakeholder environment and comfortable dealing with senior‑level escalations.
What You’ll Bring
Experience working in product management or a commercial environment such as pricing, customer experience or service management.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data (including
Excellent Excel skills and the ability to manipulate and present insights clearly.
Ability to work effectively across Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Operations, IT and Marketing teams.
A proactive, resilient approach with a strong sense of accountability.
A genuine passion for resolving customer issues and improving service performance.
