In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support sales and pre-project teams in preparing technical and commercial bids
- Coordinate customer specification reviews and planning activities
- Participate in contract alignment meetings and influence internal strategy
- Negotiate technical and documentary requirements with customers
- Define and commit to project timelines, including contingency planning
- Act as the main customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage all project phases from order to invoicing, ensuring milestones are met
- Coordinate European and Asian internal stakeholders and monitor progress to deliver goods and documentation as per expectations
- Drive profitability through margin improvement plans and cost control

For This Role, You Will Need:
- 5-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent English (essential for coordination, negotiation, and reporting)
- Strong project management and customer relationship skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and manage international stakeholders
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of similar products and markets
- On top of English, an extra language than the one of your location would be a plus
