Investment Analyst
We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join a leading global real estate investment platform with a strong focus on living and residential strategies across the UK and wider Europe.
This role sits within a high-performing Real Estate investment team and offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, execution, and ongoing asset management. The mandate spans core, impact, and value-add strategies across residential, PBSA, and alternative living sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities across the Living sector, across the UK and Europe.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow analysis across core, impact, and value-add strategies
- Conduct in-depth due diligence, including review of property documentation, assessment of commercial fundamentals, and analysis of macro and micro market trends
- Prepare high-quality investment materials including Investment Memoranda, IC papers, and supporting transaction documentation
- Support transaction execution, including drafting and reviewing offer letters, Heads of Terms, and related deal documentation
- Coordinate and manage due diligence workstreams with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, commercial)
- Assist in monitoring portfolio performance, including financial, operational, and strategic KPI tracking
- Support asset management initiatives and the execution of business plans at asset and portfolio level
- Contribute to pipeline management, reporting, and internal deal tracking processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant experience within real estate, investment banking, infrastructure, or a financial institution
- Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Solid analytical capability with a clear interest in Living / real estate investment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience producing investment materials and presentations
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international investment environment
- Additional European language skills are advantageous
