The team member will interact with Customers (50%), internal customers (e.g. pricing, contracting, supply chain 25%) and Sales teams external (25%).The role is instrumental for increasing our Sellers efficiency and focus on our customers, with direct sales efforts with defined customers.
Responsibilities Include
- Contract Management
- Direct Sales efforts with defined customers
- Proposal and Price Quotes Creation
- Supply chain - update information to customers as defined with sales
- Solution Design / Configuration
- Process Education and New Tools Testing
- Escalations and prioritization with aligned functions as Pricing, Supply Chain, Product management, Finance, Channel
- Audit ready documentation creation and storage maintenance
