Job Purpose:
We're looking for a customer-focused and detail-driven IT Project Manager
What we're looking for:
You're a confident project manager who thrives on structure, ownership, and creating a seamless customer experience. You're organised, process-led, and skilled at balancing technical complexity with real-world delivery. You'll be:
✔ Experienced in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously
✔ A strong communicator who can build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
✔ Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining documentation, reporting, and task tracking
✔ Resilient under pressure, with strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills
✔ A collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer requirements as presented by the sales team and clarify and/or challenge as appropriate but with a view to kicking off the project within the agreed SLA
- Develop appropriate and, when required, detailed plans for each project involving all relevant resources.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously
- 100% focused and committed to the role of project management with a demonstrable ability to take ownership and manage multiple customer projects of varying complexity in an efficient and controlled manner.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), adaptable to different audiences
