About The Role
As a Modern Apprentice, youll work alongside experienced engineers to support day-to-day IT operations. Youll assist with troubleshooting, setting up devices, resolving basic technical issues, and providing great service to end-users. Youll also undertake structured training provided by an approved apprenticeship provider, helping you build strong foundational skills in IT support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to internal and external users
Assist with device setup, configuration, software installation, and account creation
Help diagnose and resolve common IT issues
Log and update support tickets accurately
Work professionally with colleagues and customers at varying technical levels
Participate fully in apprenticeship training, assessments, and mentoring sessions
Follow internal processes relating to security, data protection, and documentation
Contribute positively to team culture and continuous improvement
