Power your future with your IT skills and our passion for excellence! Our market-leading equipment rental company is growing, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Student Placement. Gain hands-on experience supporting our computer systems and network infrastructure in a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You Will Do

Providing first-line IT support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Supporting Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Assisting with cybersecurity best practices and data protection
Maintaining IT documentation and asset registers
Supporting system upgrades, backups, and infrastructure improvements
Assisting with company website updates and digital systems where required

What You Will Need

Currently studying towards a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Basic knowledge of networking principles

Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical staff

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
