The Role
As a JDA WFM Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing functional support to BAU activities as well, product configuration, troubleshooting, batch monitoring.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide functional support to BAU activities as well, product configuration, troubleshooting, batch monitoring etc.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Good expereince JDA WFM with experience of support and enhancements
- Strong expertise in overall Workforce and 3PL Logistics Support
- Strong experience in integration of JDA WFM with variety of host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect.
- Basic knowledge of TMS and Logistics Processes
Desirable skills:
- Experience in support project and customer facing roles
