Are you passionate about cloud technology and looking to launch your career in IT operations and automation? We’re looking for a curious, enthusiastic junior engineer who wants to develop deep experience in cloud monitoring, automation, environment management and real-world SaaS operations to join our growing Cloud Operations team at MHR.

As part of the Cloud Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the People First SaaS platform, a modern, microservices-based HR and payroll solution built in Azure and delivered to hundreds of customers.

Your Career

Your Team
As part of the Cloud Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the People First SaaS platform, a modern, microservices-based HR and payroll solution built in Azure and delivered to hundreds of customers.
Your Impact
In this role you will;
- Monitor cloud-hosted environments and respond to real-time alerts
- An interest in cloud technologies and platform operations
- Some experience (university, personal projects or first job) in IT, cloud, or scripting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A team player who’s excited about growing their skills
- Training and mentoring from experienced Cloud and SRE professionals
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade SaaS operations
- A clear development path into DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Exposure to modern tooling and automation best practices
