Digital & Graphic Designer
A fast-growing, performance-driven brand is looking for a Digital & Graphic Designer to create high-impact, high-volume creative. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, producing content that not only looks great but drives clicks, engagement, and conversion.
You'll work closely with growth and creative teams to deliver assets across paid social, web, and digital platforms, using data, iteration, and AI tools to continuously optimise output.
* Produce high volumes of static and video ads for Meta and TikTok
* Edit short-form, platform-native video content
* Adapt and version creatives across multiple formats
* Design landing pages and digital assets in Figma
* Support rapid testing and iteration of creative
* Maintain brand consistency while working at speed
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver performance-driven work
* 2+ years' experience in digital or performance design
* Strong Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills
* Experience with short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
* Understanding of paid social formats (Meta & TikTok)
* Ability to work quickly and manage high output
* Comfortable iterating based on feedback and performance data
* Interest in using AI tools within your creative process
Up to £35,000 per annum
