We are based at Drumsheds, which means we work alongside Broadwick's music team. We aren't directly connected, but they are partners, and on occasion, we are involved in the music shows at the venue, but it's not our core business.
About the role:As a Junior Event Project Manager, you will be mainly working closely with the Senior Project Manager, who is responsible for all of Project Farm's retail, placemaking, public realm and brand activation experiences. You will be working with a small selection of our property clients across our retail and public realm division. You will be primarily responsible for the seamless end-to-end delivery of our public realm activations. You will work closely with the Account Lead of Retail and Directors of the business to successfully manage and deliver events.
We're looking for a friendly, organised people person to join the team and support our ongoing programme of retail events, as well as helping out with corporate bookings at Drumsheds. This role is all about understanding how events run on the ground - thinking about customer journeys, keeping things flowing smoothly, and making sure the right number of staff are in place.
You'll work closely with our staffing suppliers, building strong relationships with key event suppliers and site teams - making sure each event is properly resourced and runs without a hitch. It's a great opportunity for someone passionate about events and keen to gain hands-on experience across a variety of smaller-scale activations.
