For our Events team in London, we are looking to hire a
Junior Events Executive
What will you do?
- Supporting the events team in running the conference programme to include (but not limited to): Liaising with companies attending conferences – being their main point of contact and organising their logistics; Attending all major conferences (travel required); Assisting with meeting turn-around where required; Helping on the registration desk when required; Set up and tear down
- Running webinars, smaller seminars and events as well as the ticketing calendar
- Taking on the BerenbergKids community projects
- Ad hoc tasks and activities that support the continual development of the Events Management team
- Assisting with couriers and general stock count
What are we looking for?
- Previous office experience in a similar environment (events knowledge beneficial but not essential)
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and organisational skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
