Description

Hey future tech-savvy marketer,

This is a hands-on digital marketing role where you’ll learn WordPress, automation, CRM and systems to distribute consistent content from the ground up.

If you get a buzz from making systems run smoothly… you love solving problems and puzzles every day: ie “This is broken, help me figure out what the technical issue is!” Then consider helping us configure WordPress sites, tweak a CRM, and problem solve puzzles like “why isn’t this automation firing?” If that sounds intriguing, you’ll feel at home here.

This is not a copy-writing or social-media gig. It’s the behind-the-scenes engine room where websites are launched, automations are wired, and data is kept spotless. You’ll start with checklists and proven playbooks, then level up to troubleshooting and process improvement alongside our senior web and CRM specialists.

Why you’ll thrive

  • Hands-on from day one – spin up WaaS sites, import lists, and build email/SMS workflows.
  • Structured learning path – we’ll teach you the tech; you bring the curiosity and care.
  • Detail beats drama – your calm, methodical style keeps projects moving and clients happy.
  • Clear impact – every site you launch and every automation you fix helps eye-surgeon entrepreneurs grow faster—and that shows in your metrics.

  • If you’re the person classmates begged for help when their website broke, or the friend who actually reads the “help” docs before asking questions, let’s talk.

    What You’ll Do:

The Marketing Operations Technician supports our WaaS and Hattie CRM products by configuring, launching, and updating customer sites and CRM accounts. You’ll also play a key role in supporting customer requests and ensuring high-quality implementation of our standard frameworks.

    1. CRM Marketing Software Setup & Maintenance

    • Configure and maintain Hattie marketing software accounts using templates and playbooks
    • Set up automations, forms, pipelines, emails, and SMS campaigns
    • Prepare, upload, and schedule emails, SMS, and workflows for campaigns
    • Run system quality checks (calendars, phone numbers, forms, workflows)
    • Troubleshoot automation issues and configuration problems
    • Set up and trains customer specific AI agents
    • Maintain Hattie reporting and update performance scorecards

    2. Marketing Systems & Content

    • Edit marketing and training videos using our system and feedback from our multimedia team
    • Upload and manage course content on training platforms
    • Convert Loom recordings into playbooks and improve documentation

    3. Customer Support (Website & CRM Customers):

    • Support customers with Hattie setup and technical questions
    • Monitor support channels (Teamwork, WhatsApp) and respond to queries
    • Solve basic technical questions using checklists, guides, and FAQs
    • Escalate complex issues to product leads
    • Keep support tickets organised and track recurring issues to improve documentation
    • Track common questions and update internal documentation

    Who You Are:

    • Tech-Savvy & Resourceful: You’re comfortable learning new tools fast. You’ve used website builders (like WordPress, Figma, Photoshop or similar) and played around with CRMs, email tools, or automation software. You have basic awareness of how to read reports on Google Analytics and Google Paid Ads. You Google before you guess.
  • Detail-Oriented: You don’t miss a step. You follow checklists and keep things tidy. When uploading content or setting up automations, you triple-check everything works before calling it done.
  • Efficient & Process-Driven: You love ticking off tasks and seeing things ship. You value systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes that help you get faster and better each time.
  • Clear Communicator: You write clearly. You’re great at keeping people in the loop and flagging issues early. You know when to ask for help—and when to move things forward on your own.
  • Hungry to Grow: You want to learn more about websites, automation, and digital marketing. You love the idea of building your skills in a high-performance team and growing your role over time.

  • What We Offer:

    • For the first six months, you’ll work from the London office. After that, we’ll discuss work-from-anywhere options with occasional visits to HQ.
    • Base salary of £24K – £28K depending on experience. Clear progression pathway from Junior MOT to MOT to Senior MOT.
    • Future advancement tracks include specialising into either the Website or CRM roles.
  • Occasional travel for quarterly team events and industry conferences.
  • Monthly company socials (London-based).
  • Office strength training gym.
  • 20 days PTO + Paid Holidays.
  • Pension Plan with Company Match.

  • Who We Are:

At LiveseySolar, we specialise in scaling refractive and cataract surgery entrepreneurs so they can scale their private practices. We provide a proven framework to help vision correction surgeons double their revenues, triple their profits and achieve their “ideal exit” in three years or less.

We offer an all-in-one marketing and sales tech platform, expert guidance, and a team of specialists to implement our marketing and sales recommendations. Our goal is to maximise the enterprise value of our clients’ businesses, allowing them to sell for a healthy multiple or enjoy owning a thriving practice.

    Our Core Values:

(If you’re not a “Hell yes!” to all these, it’s probably not a fit.)

    • Know the goal: Always start with knowing the goal. Understand the task before you begin. Make sure your work helps to achieve that goal.
  • Learn quickly: Apply feedback immediately, look for new tools and methods to improve, and use and follow best-practice checklists.
  • Be a light: Have fun and share it with others. Focus on finding solutions, not problems. Stay enthusiastic and embrace change.
  • Show courage: If you have evidence, stand up for your ideas. Be honest and direct. Be confident in your strengths.
  • Give a damn: Deliver quality work on time. Improve your craft every week. Find new ways to help clients achieve their goals. Show your teammates that you care.
