Are you ready to embark on an exciting new role as a Junior PA in the heart of London? We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support our Executive PA.
The Role
In the role of Junior PA, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help the Executive PA effectively.
- Manage complex and frequently changing diaries for internal and external meetings
- Assist with the planning and coordination of key meetings, including document preparation
- Handle complex travel arrangements and maintain electronic filing systems
- Prepare and format documents and presentations for business briefings
- Conduct research and manage client relationship systems
- Assist with billing, credit control, and ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
The Candidate
- The ideal Junior PA candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills.
- Administrative experience in the legal sector
- Accurate typing speed of at least 60 wpm
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, organisational, and team skills
- Strong attention to detail and English proficiency
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Positive, flexible, and reliable with a proactive approach
