Join the Close Brothers Experience Strategy & Design Team where you will support the design of intuitive digital products that meet user needs and business objectives. Working as part of the Strategy & Design team our ideal team member will have previous experience in applying conceptual thinking to create digital services across multiple platforms, bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts using user centric design methods to evaluate and reimagine existing processes and customer touch points.
- Promote explorative and evaluative research initiatives, alongside other designers.
- Demonstratable experience designing digital products.
- Ability to create concepts, low and high-fidelity designs, production ready visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Skilled in use of design and prototyping software such as Figma, Principle, and Miro.
- Experience working with technical teams, and basic knowledge of front-end development standards and practices.
- Experience in Financial Services sector.
- Basic comprehension of digital marketing practices and techniques.
- Demonstrable skills in illustration, information visualisation and iconography
