What You'll Do
- Trade and manage ETF books across liquid markets, contributing directly to the firm's market making operation
- Analyse market microstructure and pricing dynamics to continuously sharpen edge
- Collaborate closely with quants and developers to refine and improve trading strategies
- Monitor risk and positions in real-time, making fast, high-conviction decisions under pressure
- Contribute ideas that directly influence desk strategy — junior doesn't mean silenced here
What They're Looking For
- Experience on an ETF trading desk at a Tier 1 or Tier 1.5 HFT or market making firm
- Sharp quantitative mindset — comfortable with pricing models, market microstructure, and risk
- Fast, decisive, and calm under pressure — you thrive in live market environments
- Ambitious and hungry; you want to grow quickly and take on more responsibility
