What We’re Looking For…
This is an entry-level role, so experience isn’t essential; what matters most is attitude. We’re after someone who is:
- Excited to pursue a career in consultative sales
- Confident picking up the phone, and asking questions when you need help
- Motivated by hitting targets, KPIs and celebrating personal growth
- A confident communicator and natural people-person; comfortable chatting with customers from all walks of life
- Excited about working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Positive, proactive and a team player
- Naturally organised, able to prioritise tasks and keep on top of your work
It’s a bonus if you already know a thing or two about property, design or construction (maybe you have first-hand experience of a home renovation yourself?!), but it’s not a dealbreaker.
What We Can Offer You
Resi are a team of ~70 people based in the heart of Oval, South London. We have a hybrid work set up where we operate three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and two days from home (Wednesday and Friday).
