Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior speechwriter and content creation specialist to support Nokia’s executive communications team in developing high-quality speeches, scripts and leadership messaging. This role will contribute to shaping executive voice across internal and external engagements, ensuring communications are aligned with Nokia’s strategy, purpose and key priorities. The Executive speechwriter and content creation specialist will work closely with senior speechwriters and communications leaders to deliver compelling and audience-relevant content.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Support the development of executive speeches, keynote scripts, talking points and remarks for senior Nokia leaders and the CEO.
  • Contribute to preparation for major engagements such as industry events, and stakeholder meetings
  • Help adapt messages to reflect executive voice while maintaining alignment with Nokia’s corporate narrative
  • Translate complex business or technology topics into clear, structured and engaging content
  • Partner with senior communications colleagues to refine tone, storytelling and delivery impact
  • Develop supporting content such as briefing notes, background documents and leadership messaging materials
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Investor Relations and business teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, confidential environment with strong attention to detail

  • Key Skills And Experience

    • Experience in speechwriting, executive communications, journalism or corporate content development
    • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to learn executive voice and style
    • Interest in technology, telecom, networks or enterprise sectors (preferred)
    • High attention to detail and ability to produce polished work under guidance
    • Professionalism and discretion when working with sensitive leadership communications
    • Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
    • Strong collaboration skills in an international and cross-cultural environment

    You must have:

    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format
    • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a deadline-driven setting
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Professional judgment in handling confidential material

  • It would be nice if you also had:

    • Exposure to enterprise technology, telecom or digital transformation environments
    • Experience supporting senior communications projects or executive events
    • Understanding of cultural nuance in global communications
    • Interest or familiarity with reputation and crisis-sensitive messaging
