Key Accounts Partnerships (Partnerships Activation)
At a time of continued growth and commercial expansion across the ATP, we are investing in our Partnerships & Business Development team and looking for proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused talent to help deliver world-class partner activation.
This role is ideal for someone hungry to grow their career in global sports partnerships – a person who understands modern sponsorship activation, thrives in a fast-paced international environment, and takes pride in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional work.
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships and based in London, this position will manage and service a number of ATP Tour partners across multiple tournaments, markets, and time zones, working with some of the world’s leading global brands. The role requires strong account management, creative thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate complex stakeholder groups across internal teams, tournaments, agencies, and partners.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering contractual benefits, developing innovative activations, supporting renewals and commercial growth, and ensuring ATP continues to set the standard for partnership excellence across global sport. This role offers strong development opportunities within ATP’s global Partnerships & Business Development team, with progression opportunities into senior strategic account leadership roles.
