Requirements
The ideal person will have some experience in a similar position though this is not essential and will be able to deliver excellent service to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties Will Include
Bespoke Hotels was founded in 2000 and has consistently grown to the point where we now manage over 9,500 hotel rooms, 8,000 employees and £815 million of assets.
We stand today as the UK’s Largest Independent Hotel Group, owning a number of hotels and partnering with an ever-increasing portfolio alongside this. Duties Will Include
- Assist with ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen.
- Ensure that sufficient material for the performance of cleaning duties is collated.
- Dispose of rubbish into an area outlined by Head Chef whilst complying with food safety policy.
- Ensure the working areas and equipment in the kitchen are cleaned to a high standard.
- Aid the Chefs when necessary.
