- Wash pots, pans, crockery, glassware, and utensils quickly and safely
- Keep the pot wash area clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the shift
- Maintain excellent cleaning standards across the kitchen and back of house areas
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete deep cleans as required
- Support food safety standards including cross contamination control
- Assist chefs with basic prep tasks when asked (peeling, washing, simple prep)
- Keep fridges, shelves, and dry stores clean and organised
- Rotate and label stock as instructed
- Help with deliveries, putting stock away correctly and safely
- Remove rubbish and recycling regularly, keeping waste areas clean and secure
- Follow safe working practices for chemicals, knives, and equipment
- Report any breakages, faults, hazards, or shortages immediately
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Works quickly and carefully under pressure
- Takes pride in keeping areas clean and organised
- Good teamwork and communication
- Willing to learn and support where needed
- KP experience helpful but not essential training provided
- Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
- Right to work in the UK
- Shifts include evenings and weekends
- Extra shifts available during busy periods
