The Knowledge and Library Services (KLS) team provides library and knowledge management (KM) expertise to support research and development,evidence-informed practice, management and business services, with the overall aim of facilitating the translation of knowledge into practice.
We require an individual to support the Head of Knowledge and Evidence Services and Senior Knowledge Management and Mobilisation Lead in the development and implementation of knowledge management and knowledge mobilisation principles into UKHSA activities in support of the UKHSA Science Strategy. Effective KM stops us reinventing wheels, helps to retain critical know-how, counters the effects of silo working and drives innovation.
You will be based in the Knowledge and Library Services team, working alongside colleagues specialising in Knowledge Management, Knowledge and Evidence, Evidence Review and the Research Support and Governance Office. You will be expected to provide strategic guidance and advice on knowledgemanagement within UKHSA, developing an internal network of individuals working in this area, and collaborate and support individuals and communitiesacross the Agency. Your role in the KM Team is to promote a culture and habit of knowledge-sharing across UKHSA.
