Description
About the team: At Vintage Cash Cow, we believe people grow businesses and learning is how that growth happens. Our People Team exists to unlock potential, build capability, and create an environment where everyone can do their best work.

L&D plays a big part in that. We’re here to make learning feel practical, modern, and genuinely useful, not theoretical or tick-box. We partner with the business to solve real challenges, build confident leaders, and create systems that scale as we grow.

About the role: It’s an exciting time to join us as our Learning & Development Partner. As we continue to scale, we’re building learning that’s embedded in everyday work, not separate from it.

Reporting to the Head of L&D, you’ll help shape how learning works here. You’ll partner with leaders to tackle real performance challenges, design practical solutions that stick, and build scalable frameworks that grow with the business.

This isn’t just about delivering workshops. It’s about thinking strategically, spotting capability gaps before they become problems, and creating learning experiences that genuinely move the dial.

You’ll need to be comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and building as you go. In return, you’ll get real ownership, space to experiment, and the chance to shape learning at scale.
