Are you passionate about testing, technology, and working in a hands-on lab environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Radio Team in Basingstoke and play a key role in delivering high-quality testing services that support our customers’ products and innovation.
We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to support the setup, execution, and evaluation of laboratory testing for a wide range of customer products. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and customers, helping to ensure accurate test execution, reliable data capture, and high-quality reporting. With a strong level of autonomy, you will contribute directly to technical excellence and continuous improvement within the lab.

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to support the setup, execution, and evaluation of laboratory testing for a wide range of customer products. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and customers, helping to ensure accurate test execution, reliable data capture, and high-quality reporting. With a strong level of autonomy, you will contribute directly to technical excellence and continuous improvement within the lab.
Responsibilities
- Set up and perform laboratory testing.
- Build and modify test setups and equipment.
- Analyze test results and prepare reports.
- Work with engineers and interact with customers during testing.
- Maintain lab equipment and support calibration activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Technical School diploma or Engineering degree (ideally electrical, electronics, or telecommunications).
- Experience in a technical or lab environment would be nice to have.
- Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) testing or technologies would be nice to have.
- Ability to read technical drawings and test standards.
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
- Desire to work in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
