Description

At MBNL, our mission is clear: to deliver maximum value to our shareholders by managing and enhancing the UK’s best mobile network at the lowest possible cost. As the joint venture between EE and Three, two of the UK’s most recognised and innovative mobile operators, we sit at the heart of telecommunications excellence.

Are you a confident communicator with a talent for problem-solving and relationship management? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? If so, this could be the role for you.

The Property and Legal Department plays a pivotal role in managing and developing the network estate of EE and Three, ensuring all partners and suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines. We’re now looking for a Landlord Relationship Specialist (LRS) to strengthen our team and help us deliver outstanding landlord and access management across our shared network property portfolio.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week based in our Central Reading office.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the logging and resolution of property incidents using our central management tool (Remedy).
  • Take ownership of casework, including landlord queries, access escalations, and access support requests.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to turn complex challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Support reporting on property incidents, access performance, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Govern supplier performance, ensuring high standards and accountability.
  • Provide best-practice guidance and training for MBNL teams, shareholders, and the wider supplier ecosystem.
  • Manage complaints from start to resolution, adhering to SLAs and policies, and escalating where necessary.
  • Contribute to the delivery of future access outcomes and landlord relationship strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in handling complex queries with confidence and professionalism.
  • A strong understanding of what great customer service looks like, with the ability to adapt your communication style and approach to suit different situations, individuals, and challenges.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to balance a varied caseload.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to engage effectively with landlords, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • An appreciation of data-driven reporting, processes, and complex ecosystems.
  • Initiative and resilience in managing fast-moving and sometimes challenging situations.

Nice To Have

  • Previous Property/Site Access experience
  • Experience and knowledge of telecoms acquisition, design, build and decommissioning activities
