This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Inhouse Lawyer taking ownership of related to our renewable energy projects in the UK and Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all legal aspects of project development, including building permits, planning consents, grid connection agreements, project due diligence, and M&A documentation. The role involves working closely with external legal counsel while building an in-house legal function to support business objectives and mitigate risks. The role covers the entire target market of the business, mainly UK and EU jurisdictions.
