What You’ll Do

Partner directly with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into actionable, technical architectures.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Hands-on delivery or solution design background in start-ups, consultancies (e.g. Palantir), or client-facing engineering roles.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to turn ambiguity into structure — translating ideas into practical, impactful architectures.

Leadership: Experience coordinating or leading technical teams, breaking down complex work, and driving execution.

Technical Mindset: Strong grasp of modern data and software engineering principles. Able to engage deeply with engineers.

Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging both technical and business audiences.

Bias for Action: You move fast, deliver early, and create value from day one.

Initiative: You’re an owner — someone who spots opportunities and drives them to completion.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/ML systems, agentic workflows, LLMs, or other emerging technologies.
Familiarity with enterprise data systems or intelligent automation platforms.
