This role aligns against Lead Analytics Engineer from the Government Digital and Data Framework.

As a Lead Analytics Engineer your work might involve:

- Leading a team of Analytics Engineers build flexible, quality-assured dimensional data models for analytical and reporting use, using dbt.
- Working with Data Engineers to manage end-to-end data services and to deploy solutions in a reproducible, sustainable way.
- Supporting analytical teams to use modelled data effectively, including by collecting, storing and presenting metadata to enable intelligent data use.

- Keeping up to date with current trends and best practices in analytics engineering for continuous improvement
