Are you an experienced Administrator who is looking for a career move to become a Lead Business Administrator? Are you organised and able to support others whilst working in a busy environment managing competing demands? Do you have strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Lead Business Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that colleagues can deliver high quality support to the front-line Adult Social Care Teams within our services, support the Office Manager and provide cover in their absence. This role will support the Duty work which also includes the collation and cleansing of data and information/reports that will need to be provided to managers. You will need to be able to work flexibly to cover the varied and demanding workloads. You will receive regular supervision, a full induction and access a range of internal training to support you.

- Has strong administration skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Is organised, adaptable and able to manage conflicting demands
- Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Has experience of supervising staff and maintaining confidentiality.
