I am hiring for Lead Business Analyst (Cards/Loans/Current Accounts/Overdrafts/Payments/Open Banking/Data analysis/Data modelling/SQL/Data profiling)
Location: Knutsford, UK (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end business and data analysis across banking technology and business workstreams.
- Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and data requirements with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Analyse data flows, data lineage, and data models, identifying gaps and supporting data mapping between source and target systems.
- Perform impact assessments for data-related changes across applications and banking platforms.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Engineers, and Governance teams to support data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in Agile delivery practices, maintaining documentation in JIRA and Confluence and supporting testing and validation activities.
