LEAD DATA ANALYST (Performance Marketing)

London, Hybrid - 1 Day a week in the office

Up to 65,000


The Company

They are a specialist performance marketing and technology agency built around data, engineering, and analytics. They work with some leading tech brands and are growing rapidly!


The Role

As Lead Data Analyst, you will:


• Guide the development and deployment of models within cloud environments and marketing platforms.

• Partner closely with client‑facing teams to drive measurable impact.

• Shape long‑term analytics strategy and contribute to innovation across forecasting, pricing, and advanced analytics.

• Support client engagements by advising on best‑practice measurement and experimentation frameworks.

  • Work in cloud environments, deploying models within google/meta ads


Your Skills and Experience

• Strong SQL capabilities

• Practical knowledge of MMM, LTV modelling, and predictive or propensity modelling.

• A background in delivering long‑term analytics or modelling projects with clear commercial impact.

• Experience with attribution is beneficial but not required.
