The post holder will be the Trust’s overarching expert in all matters relating to Safeguarding Children, young people and Adults. This is inclusive of matters relating to mental health/Dementia Learning Disabilities and Autism.
The post holder will provide consultation, managerial and professional leadership and is responsible and accountable for the delivery of a high quality, patient centred service across the Safeguarding Agenda that meets the needs of the patients and staff. They will establish and foster an effective working relationship within Corporate Nursing and Care Groups and lead on improvements in safeguarding related care, service delivery and the achievement of organisational priorities; and lead on partnership working to improve service and care for all patients.
