The ICE is seeking an experienced and strategic lead internal communications manager to shape, drive and deliver the internal communications strategy across the ICE Group. This is a high‑impact, influential role that ensures our people are informed, engaged, and aligned with our vision and organisational goals.
Sitting within the Communications team and working closely with the Director General, DG Board, People team, and leaders across the organisation, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and continuously improving internal communications activity.
This postholder will also play a crucial part in embedding our values, supporting culture initiatives, and strengthening staff engagement across the organisation
