Chelsea Football Club is seeking a Lead Marketing Data Analyst to shape and lead the club’s marketing, CRM, digital and fan engagement analytics capability.
This role sits within the Business Data team and plays a critical role in ensuring data informs how the club understands, engages and grows its global fanbase. You will define the strategic direction for marketing analytics, develop scalable reporting and data products, and work closely with Marketing, CRM, Digital and Product teams to translate data into meaningful commercial and fan engagement outcomes.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical analytics capability with clear strategic thinking, helping the club better understand fan behaviour across digital platforms and customer touchpoints while enabling more effective decision making across the business.
