🎯 Reports To: Group HR Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead day‑to‑day operational HCM activities and drive our upcoming global Oracle HCM expansion programmes.

In this role, you will work directly with the Group HR Director, taking ownership of continuous HCM improvements and serving as the strategic functional advisor for our upcoming rollouts in the Netherlands and Türkiye.

✨ What You’ll Do

1️⃣ Operational HCM Optimization & Enhancement

Partner closely with the Group HR Director to support and enhance current Oracle Fusion HCM operations.

Lead functional assessments, configuration enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure the system aligns with business needs and HR processes across the organisation.

2️⃣ Global Rollouts – Strategic Advisory & Quality Assurance

Support end‑to‑end planning and design of global Oracle Fusion HCM rollouts.
Serve as the Functional Advisor to external implementation partners—driving alignment to corporate standards and solution integrity.
Act as the Internal Controller & Process Validator, ensuring robust internal controls and high-quality implementation throughout delivery.

🔧 Required Skills & Expertise

✔ Functional Expertise

Proven depth of expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with strong understanding of HR processes.

✔ Must-Have Module Knowledge

You must be highly proficient in:

✔ Advisory & Leadership Skills

Experience validating partner deliverables, influencing design decisions, and acting as a functional lead.

✔ Stakeholder Management

Excellent communication and ability to engage confidently with senior HR leadership.

✔ Implementation Experience

Demonstrated success in multiple full‑lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, ideally across multiple regions.
