What you'll do
Agreements sit at the center of every business relationship. As enterprises move toward agentic architectures where humans and AI agents collaborate in real time, the agreement lifecycle must evolve alongside them. We are looking for a hands-on operator and innovator who will drive this transformation with our System Integrator (GSI) partners across global markets. As an AI Partner Solution Architect, you will be at the intersection of Docusign IAM platform and the emerging agentic ecosystem. You will design reference architectures, advise on implementation patterns, and enable GSI partners to deliver agreement-native agentic solutions to joint customers. This is a hands-on advisory role. You will work directly with partner practice teams, guide them through workflow orchestration frameworks, and shape how the industry thinks about agreements in the agentic era.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Solution Architects.
Responsibility
Design reference architectures that guide partners in integrating Docusign IAM with Salesforce, Agentforce and Frontier firm architectures
Advise partners on proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate human-agent collaboration across agreement workflows
Create solution accelerators and frameworks that enable partners to achieve faster time-to-value for IAM implementations
Lead hands-on technical workshops with SI partners to build deep IAM and agentic AI competency
Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for partner consultants, enabling them to articulate and deliver customer business outcomes
Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on partner-built solutions to ensure quality and alignment with IAM best practices
Build and deliver compelling demos showcasing the IAM platform's value across industry verticals including Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Technology
Assist partners in crafting RFP responses and solution proposals that maximize customer value from IAM investments
Create technical thought leadership content including solution briefs, reference architectures, blogs, videos, and whiteboards
Organize and guide hackathons with partners, providing technical direction and architectural oversight to rapidly validate new solution patterns
Stay ahead of the evolving AI landscape and translate emerging capabilities into practical agreement workflow solutions
Contribute to Docusign's internal AI adoption and help scale best practices across the Partner Solution Architects team
Job Designation

What you bring
Basic
8+ years of experience in a partner-facing or pre-sales solution architecture role, selling and implementing SaaS solutions
Hands-on experience designing and developing agentic AI solutions primarily with Agentforce, including working with agent orchestration frameworks, LLM integrations, and tool-calling architectures (MCP, function calling, or equivalent)
Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact workshops - covering solution ideation, product validation, value articulation, and business/commercial modeling for AI-led and SaaS-driven transformations
Proven experience architecting end-to-end revenue and agreement workflows, combining CRM/CPQ systems with platforms like Docusign to enable intelligent contract lifecycle management
Demonstrated ability to advise and enable partner technical teams on solution design and implementation and provide architectural guidance, review partner-built solutions, and drive quality outcomes
Demonstrated problem-solving capability and technical curiosity, with the ability to rapidly learn and apply emerging technologies, business models, and frameworks—particularly in AI, automation, and enterprise SaaS
BE/MS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Preferred
Deep Experience with agentic platforms, with a stronger preference for Salesforce Agentforce- including hands-on experience designing multi-agent systems, orchestrating autonomous workflows, implementing tool/ function calling(e.g. MCP) and embedding agents across CRM,CPQ and service workflows
Strong Salesforce ecosystem depth, including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud(CPQ), Data Cloud and Agentforce AI,with ability to embed Agentforce agents into revenue lifecycle processes(lead-to-cash, contract-to-revenue, renewals)
Proven ability to design corss-platform, agent driven architectures, integrating Salesforce with systems such as ERP(SAP, Oracle) and external APIs- leveraging event driven architecture, middleware and secure data exchange patterns
Demonstrated expertise in creating compelling solution demos and POVs, such as showcasing Agentforce + Docusign integrations (e.g., AI-driven contract lifecycle automation, sales agreement copilots, compliance agents)
Strong technical documentation and storytelling skills, including creation of reference architectures, agent interaction models, workflow diagrams and proposal guidance tailored for partner delivery.
Experience in building and delivering industry specific solutions, especially in Financial Services or Healthcare & Life Sciences, including use cases like intelligent underwriting, prior authorization automation, contract risk analysis and compliance driven workflows
AI/ML foundation: Familiarity with LLMs, RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and context design principles
Proven consulting led experience leading digital transformation experience with initiatives at scale
Familiarity with HTML, XML, structured data formats, and low-code/no-code platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
Willingness to travel 25% or more as needed
