The role requires someone who is
organised, confident communicating with colleagues and clients, and comfortable working with autonomy in a busy practice environment. You will oversee day-to-day patient flow, support the development of the nursing team, and ensure that both practice and group policies are consistently followed.
Working Pattern
- Full-time: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week with the same day off each week
- Part-time: We are happy to discuss flexible options that work for you
- Weekend rota: 1 in 5 weekends (shared fairly across the team)
- No out-of-hours: We have dedicated night nurses in place
