Lead Developer (C# / .NET) – Platform Engineering
Manchester (2 days onsite) | £60,000 – £85,000 + bonus
We’re working with a tech-led organisation operating at scale across retail and digital platforms, delivering customer-facing products used by millions.
With continued investment in engineering, they’re looking for a hands-on Lead Developer to help drive technical delivery and mentor a growing team.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading design, development, and optimisation of systems
- Writing clean, scalable code
- Driving technical delivery and reducing technical debt
- Mentoring developers and improving standards
- Working closely with cross-functional teams
Tech stack / experience
- C# / .NET (Framework & Core)
- Web services and SPA development
- JavaScript frameworks (modern ES / TypeScript)
- SQL / NoSQL
- Strong architecture and design principles
- Agile delivery
