Lead .NET Developer Manchester £70K–£80K
I'm working with a fast-moving software team building genuinely impactful solutions for the energy sector and they need a Lead Developer.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role with real influence over architecture, tooling, and team culture.

The role
- Lead hands-on delivery of complex features.
- Own CI/CD workflows and tooling in Azure DevOps.
- Mentor developers and act as the primary technical escalation point.
- Work closely with the Lead Architect, Test Lead, and Product team.
What they're looking for
- Strong C# / .NET commercial experience at senior or lead level.
- Deep Azure knowledge — SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Grid.
- Practical Kubernetes experience: containerisation, Helm charts, CI/CD pipelines.
